OH MY GOD, I can't believe that Anime Central is over! ACen was so great this year! Saturday was super crowded - I couldn't believe how many people were there? Also, it was awesome meeting friends that I don't get to see often! I miss ACen already gahjklfdhkjalshgdjlkh no seriously I have nothing else to do now that cosplays are just done for the year - I'm already feeling nostalgic =u=;;

Anyway, this year, I cosplayed as Gym Leader Roxie (or Homika, since that's what I've been calling her ever since official art debuted) at Anime Central on Saturday! I'd say that it definitely has improved since last year, since I basically redid everything - new wig, new dress, new boots, and new guitar! I wanted to do loads better on this cosplay, and it worked! Lots of peeps asked for my picture bwabwabhwbhabha

Some FAQ:
>>I made the dress using one of my dresses as a pattern? One of my dresses that I own has a visible seamline that can be traced over for patterns, so that's what I did! I made the dress out of pink fabric first, then added the stripes later.
>>I made the guitar using this tutorial!
>>Boots were bought off of eBay, and the straps are used belts I got from the thrift store. The white bubble-shaped things are plastic ornaments that I painted inside, similar to *Malindachan's with her yugioh cosplays!
>>I bought the wig on eBay too! It was just a short white wig with long bangs, so I can make that ponytail happen. The beads are made out of model magic, haha.
